Okay, so I posted about making a bunch of meals that can be frozen and then cooked right before serving here, and I got several messages asking me how I did it. Obviously, I am not the only twenty-something on tumblr who has very limited funds and wants to get in better financial shape this year. Who knew?
I’m going to try to be as detailed as possible with this, because I think that’s helpful for anyone who doesn’t have a lot of experience cooking meals ahead of time (like me). It’s a long-ass post. Bear with me.
