Which means a brand new start for my weight loss journey. I joined the gym the other day and plan on doing an hour at least everyday. Anyways ideas on some good workout routines? I killed it in January with eating clean, and working out daily— this month hasn’t been as easy for me :( I felt like when i first started out everyone was behind me 100% and now i feel like they’ve all STOPPED, and taking me down with them.
